This database tutorial is for Learn360, which is primarily a library of educational video content. The tutorial is aimed toward the middle school science department, and contains example searches based in the science curriculum (including space, and human anatomy). The video tutorial includes information on why the database is both a reliable, ethical source for streaming (and/or assigning) videos in the classroom. It also includes demonstrations, as well as:

  • Steps for finding the database (and access information) from our Database Libguide page
  • How to search the database (both for general searches, as well as for specific searches)
  • How to save video clips
  • How to access other features of the database

This tutorial was created as part of the advanced certificate LMS program at Queens College (2021-2022), with the intention of being introduced to faculty at Berkeley Carroll.
